Pegasus Circle members are invited to this unique winter photography retreat January 17-21. Enjoy 4 nights at an Airbnb with good food, great friends, and five unforgettable photoshoots!

RETREAT INCLUDES

  • Instruction

    Instruction throughout the weekend will focus on advanced composition techniques, getting better in-camera exposures, and using Lightroom's masking tools to bring out the best in your images.

  • Delicious Food

    The retreat includes chef-made dinners, breakfast options, some lunches, beverages, and snacks. Several activities will involve lunch out or on your own.

  • Lodging & Transportation

    Once you arrive at Orlando airport, I will take care of getting you to our incredible lakeside Airbnb and around to photoshoots! See the section below for travel specifics.

Travel

Fly into MCO (Orlando) airport. Please arrive before 3 p.m. on Wednesday, January 17, as that is when the van will leave for the Airbnb. 

Plan your flight home on Sunday, January 21, after 12pm so we can have breakfast, pack up, and leave the Airbnb in time to catch flights.

Terms & Conditions

The fine print...

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your participation in the Pegasus Winter Retreat organized by Shelley Paulson Photography (hereinafter referred to as "the Retreat"). 

By registering for and attending the Retreat, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before registering for the Retreat.

1. Registration and Payment:

1.1. To secure your spot at the Retreat, you must complete the registration and payment process. Payment can be made through the provided payment methods.

1.2. Payment is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for any reason, including, but not limited to, personal schedule conflicts, illness, emergencies, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

1.3. Payment is transferable but only to individuals who are members of the Pegasus Circle Membership. The transfer must be requested in writing and approved by Shelley Paulson.

2. Participant Requirements:

2.1. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the Orlando Airport.

3. Retreat Cancellation:

3.1. In the event that Shelley Paulson cancels the Retreat for any reason, all registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. In this case, all payments will be refunded to the registered participants.

4. Code of Conduct:

4.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and in a manner that is conducive to the positive experience of all Retreat attendees.

4.2. Any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, as determined by Shelley Paulson, may be asked to leave the Retreat without a refund.

5. Liability:

5.1. Participants acknowledge and understand that they are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the Retreat.

5.2. Shelley Paulson Photography is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property that may occur during the Retreat.

6. Media Release:

6.1. By participating in the Retreat, you grant Shelley Paulson Photography the right to use your name, likeness, and any photographs or videos taken during the Retreat for promotional and marketing purposes.

7. Miscellaneous:

7.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

7.2. These Terms may only be amended in writing and with the consent of Shelley Paulson Photography.

7.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
